Scott Lewis was setting up pumpkins in downtown Lander and I was stopped in my road, literally, by the sight of two HUGE pumpkins. Scott told me that one was 835 lbs. and the other was 726 lbs. The 835 lb. one was grown by Ron Hoffman from Riverton (?). Ron was at work so I didn't get to meet him.
Scott couldn't tell me the weight of his largest pumpkin on display because it was part of a fund-raising contest - guess the weight for $1.
